We gladly accept returns within 14 days of delivery. If you’d like to start a return, please contact us at service@alintree.com within 14 days of receiving your order, and we’ll send you the return instructions.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- With original tags (if applicable)
- In the original packaging
Non-Returnable Items
For certain items, we’re unable to accept returns unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Digital downloads
- Final sale / clearance items
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Refunds do not include shipping costs (if any), bank or credit card charges, customs duties or any other fees.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us within 3 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the result. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 14 business days after we receive the returned item for processing (timing may vary depending on your bank/payment provider).
Handmade Item Note
Because our products may be handmade, small variations or minor imperfections can occur and are part of the nature of handmade items. Please read the product description carefully before purchasing. If you’re ever unsure, feel free to email us—we’re happy to help.
